Frequently asked questions

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The Standard Shipping has an estimated delivery time of 10-15 days, though it may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

If you place an order with different items, they may be fulfilled in multiple shipments.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

For lost packages, we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund based on the outcome.

We do not offer local delivery or in-store pickup at this time.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
